Salta & Safari to the Clouds: 4 Days/3 Nights
Day 1: Arrive Salta
Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. Afternoon city tour visits the Cathedral with its outstanding gold ornaments, the San Francisco Church and San Bernardo Hill with its magnificent view of the city.
Day 2: Salta/Cafayate/Salta
Full day excursion to Cafayate, a beautiful village in the heart of Calchaquies Valley. Pass through Cerrillos, Alemania and Rio de Las Conchas Gorge, a national monument, known for its extraordinary rock formations. After lunch, visit a local winery. Return to Salta. (B) (L)
Day 3: Salta/Safari to the Clouds
Early departure for a full day adventure aboard the “Movitrack Safari” to the Clouds. 
The specially built 4-wheel drive vehicle follows the rail path of the famous “Train to the Clouds” through Quebrada del Toro up to San Antonio de los Cobres – the spectacular scenery is what makes this trip unique and interesting. Finally, we descend the slope of Cuesta de Lipan and arrive in the picturesque town of Purmamarca, at the bottom of the famous Seven-color Hill. Return to Salta late night. (B)
