Carnaval 2009

Rio de Janeiro is located in a privileged region, where the green mountains seem to touch the blue sea creating an unforgettable landscape.

For decades, the images of the statue of Christ, the Redeemer with open arms over the Guanabara Bay, have been the synonym of Brazil…

But the Carioca people created a party to challenge nature in terms of beauty and splendor. Now, Rio is also known for its Carnival, considered the world's most famous and magnificent party. An explosion of colors, sounds and joy that will be in your mind forever.

We invite you to be part of this unforgettable spectacle. Watch the show on the first night, then join one of the best Samba Schools on the second night, purchasing a costume fantasy to participate in the parade.

After Carnival, spend 3 days in Paraty to recharge batteries. Paraty is a beautiful and charming colonial city, located between a blue colored bay and a green, untouched mountain range of Atlantic rain forest.
