Day 1: Arrive Athens

Meeting and assistance at the Athens airport upon arrival. Transfer to Amalia Hotel for two nights with breakfast.

Day 2: Athens (B)

Half-day orientation city tour of Athens. Take advantage of the hotel’s central location to explore Athens on your own.

Day 3: Athens - Nauplia - Mycenae - Olympia (B/D)

Begin your Four-Day Classical Tour of Greece by private coach with a visit to the Corinth Canal. Drive to Epidaurus to visit the archaeological site and the theatre famous for its remarkable acoustics, then continue on to Nauplia. Drive to Mycenae where you visit the archaeological site, then depart for Olympia through the central Peloponnese area, passing the cities of Megalopolis and Tripolis. Dinner & Overnight in Olympia.

Day 4: Olympia - Delphi (B/D)

In the morning visit the archaeological site and the museum of Olympia. Drive via Patras to Rion, cross the channel to Antirion on the "state of the art" new suspended bridge, considered to be the longest and most modern in Europe. Arrive in Nafpaktos and continue on to Delphi. Dinner & Overnight in Delphi. 

Day 5: Delphi - Kalambaka (B/D)

Morning visit the archaeological site and the museum of Delphi. Depart for Kalambak, driving through the cities of Amphissa, Lamia and Trikala. Dinner and Overnight in Kalambaka.

Day 6: Meteora - Athens (B/D)

In the morning, visit the breathtaking Meteora and in the early afternoon start the drive back to Athens, passing via Thermopylae and Kammena Vourla. Return to Amalia Hotel in time to stroll into the Plaka for a traditional Greek dinner.

Day 7: Athens - Mykonos (B/L/D)

Morning transfer to Piraeus to embark on your cruise vessel for the Four-Night Aegean Classic Cruise. Afternoon call at Mykonos, the island of white washed houses, windmills, and beautiful inviting beaches.

 
Day 8: Kusadasi - Patmos (B/L/D)

This morning step ashore on Turkish soil in the picturesque port-town of Kusadasi and take an optional visit to the impressive ancient town of Ephesus. Late afternoon call on the island of Patmos.

Day 9: Rhodes (B/L/D)

Morning arrival in Rhodes and spend the whole day on this beautiful island. You may wish to join the optional tour to Lindos to visit the well-preserved Temple of Athena, or walk through the colorful streets of the walled city dominating the island. Evening sail to Crete.

 
Day 10: Crete - Santorini (B/L/D)

Morning arrival in Heraklion, the capital of Crete and center of the 5000 year old Minoan civilization. Afternoon sail to the volcanic island of Santorini.

Day 11: Athens

Early morning arrival in Piraeus (7 am). Meeting and transfer from the pier to Amalia Hotel for overnight with breakfast.

Day 12: Depart Athens (B)

Departure transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
